Peak Gymnastics Policies


Weather Policy:

We operate independently of any school district. Please call the gym at (719) 638-6434 if in question, and our voicemail will reflect any changes. We encourage you to follow us on FaceBook for updates and notices as well! If the gym does close, please understand that it is for your family’s safety as well as our employees. Make ups will not be automatically scheduled in these cases. If you desire a makeup, please contact us and we will do our best to schedule according to our make up policy.

Holiday Closures:

We are closed Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & New Years Day.

We are also closed for a week over the 4th of July as well as the week between Christmas and New Years. NO MAKE UP tokens are given for any of these closures.

*Tuition will not be prorated or refunded.

Make up Policy: 

You can request 1 makeup per month. Our office staff will issue you a makeup token through your portal. You will then be able to schedule it yourself. Please communicate with us if there is an extenuating circumstance regarding absences, and we will do our best to work with you! If you do not attend your scheduled makeup, it will be forfeited.

LOBBY POLICY:

There will be no running, rough housing, standing or jumping on furniture. Vaping and smoking are also PROHIBITED anywhere inside the building. A child MUST be accompanied by an adult or an older sibling that is approved by the office.

 

Peak Gymnastics FAQ’S


When is tuition due?

Currently, Tuition is due and paid on the last Friday of each month for the next month of classes. We request all clients to be set up on autopay through your portal. Remember, that space is automatically held from month to month and tuition placed on your gymnastics account unless we hear from you. Please let us know if your intentions have changed.

Do you offer free trials?

We offer a full MONEY BACK GUARANTEE after your first class! We do not hold trial spaces and try not to over fill a class. If you are interested in trying our program, please create an account, enroll and pay. If you are not satisfied for any reason after the first class, simply let us know right away and we will refund you in full!

Do I have to wait for a new session to enroll?

No, you can enroll anytime! We will simply prorate your tuition for the number of classes you will receive in the session. Then you will get on the same schedule as the rest of the program once enrolled.

Do you offer make ups?

Yes, one per month. Please refer to our policy on this page.

What should my child wear for classes?

We are a modest facility and request that no attire showing mid drifts be worn. This applies to both tumblers and gymnasts.

Leotards for gymnastics are best, but leggings, shorts, form fitting tanks and t-shirts are all acceptable.

Athletic shorts and t-shirts for tumblers and boys are sufficient, tuck in if needed.

Please pull long hair back.

No jewelry.

All go barefoot in the gym.

Do you have competitive teams?

We have Girls Gymnastics competitive teams and an All Star Cheer team. We would love to speak with you if your daughter has an interest in competing.

Does our child have to attend classes to be able to come to a Parents Night Out, Open Gym or your Camps & Clinics?

No, all are welcome. We request that you pay the annual registration fee of $35.00 to receive student pricing.
